The Power of Breath

A playful, grounding, and empowering experience designed to teach children and teens how to use their breath as a tool for emotional balance, calm, and self-awareness. In this guided experience, our sprouts will explore how breathing affects their body, mind, and emotions and how they can use different breathing techniques to support themselves when they feel angry, sad, anxious, overwhelmed, or overstimulated.

This event is designed to meet children exactly where they are, while giving parents peace of mind knowing their child is learning healthy emotional regulation skills they can use for life.
