Sacred Self Love

Can I be real with yall for a minute? Yes? Okay bet.

I remember when I thought self love was just bubble baths, affirmations, getting my nails done, or aesthetic routines. Now is that part of it? Yes however, its so much deeper than that. What I have realized is sometimes self love is messy. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable. Sometimes it’s choosing yourself when every old version of you wants to stay familiar.

My self love journey has been ever‑evolving. It started in my teenage years with deep struggles around self‑worth and needing validation from outside of myself. I carried that into adulthood, into relationships, and eventually into marriage learning in real time that loving someone else deeply doesn’t automatically teach you how to love yourself.

And then motherhood happened., such a humbling experience lol.

Motherhood asked me to relearn self love all over again inside and out. Mind you, I have three children (11, 8, 1). My body changed. My time changed. My identity shifted and I had to meet myself again with compassion instead of criticism. With grace instead of guilt.

That’s when I realized something important:

Self love is sacred because it’s rooted in truth.

Sacred self love isn’t about perfection. It’s about honesty. It’s about knowing who you are, honoring where you are, and choosing to show up for yourself anyway. It’s the kind of love that isn’t shaken by outside opinions, comparisons, or expectations. It’s the kind of love that feels like coming home to yourself.

To love yourself in a sacred way means:

  • Listening to your body instead of overriding it

  • Setting boundaries without apologizing

  • Allowing rest without guilt

  • Pouring love into yourself before demanding it from others

  • Meeting every version of yourself with compassion

This journey hasn’t been easy at all, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. Every lesson, every breakdown, every awakening has shaped me into someone who deeply believes that unconditional self love is possible for everyone, no matter where you are on your journey.

That’s why I created the Sacred Self Love Journey, a virtual experience.

This is an intentional space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation, breath work, sound healing, and energy‑infused intention, this experience is an invitation to deposit love back into you especially in a season where love is often poured outward.

If you’ve been craving a moment to breathe… to feel held… to remember yourself… this journey is for you.

No pressure. No expectations. Just you, showing up exactly as you are.

You don’t need to become someone new to be worthy of love you just need to return to yourself.

I would love to hold space for you, and if you know someone who may also need this self love time share it with them as well. I’m sure they would be grateful.
